The women of the clan assemble at one place to help each other spin yarn, which is later given to local weaver to make blankets for their own use. Wool is also sold to local contractors or to the Government Wool Board. They are exploited by the traders due to lack of any cooperative or union amongst them. Efforts to make  cooperative for them had failed due to no interest shown by the local social welfare organizations. This may be due to terrorist violence in the region.
