These
pastoral nomads live in tents and, are often wrongly accused of
deforestation. Their traditional grazing ground, and the forests where
they roam, are still lush green with vegetation, even after many
centuries. Wood smugglers are the main reason for deforestation in this
region and also the locals who cut trees to build their houses. |
